Years of experience and researches had gone into creating an additive that can enhance the appearance of the galvanized products without going through the hassle of addition aluminium which may be detrimental if not added correctly. The working principle and its application both considered the fluid dynamics of the zinc bath and the reaction mechanism.
Community and environment in mind
The core of research and development is to bring about better solution or ways that benefits both human and the environment that we lived in. That said, another important aspect of R&D is to reduce the environmental impact of the industry; by replacing the hazardous substance such as sodium dichromate, a known carcinogen and environmental pollutant used as passivation. R&D efforts had yielded substance that can replace this toxic chemical with the same function, yet a better performance; if safety considered.
