Having 150 years of history in application, galvanizing process is not new to people in steel fabrication industry. With the long history of existence, galvanizing plant had been well developed and established. Yet, in the wake of environmental impact awareness, galvanizing process has gained a spotlight for being a sustainable process and in such, the design and operation of the plant itself are expected to reflect a green and sustainable design.
“The proper use of science is not to conquer nature but to live in it.”

Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning
MCT associates with partners from Germany, USA, Australia and few other countries to undertake EPCC projects on hot-dip galvanizing plant and we are expanding our range of services to capitalise the growing HDG market in the wake of more sustainable technology for corrosion protection. We collaborate with our alliances to form greater resources and strength in order to deliver the best technological approach for your HDG plant.
Our EPCC capabilities include civil works, planning, design, engineering, equipment supply, procurement, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and the after sales service of the completed project.
Green Technology and Design

In earlier days, HDG industry may not be one on the efficient energy processes. However, technological advancement had brought upon major improvement to HDG industry. Energy-saving has become a common goal and great efforts had been put into designing and operating such HDG plant. The HDG plant may be designed to utilize the waste combustion gases to dry the clean articles prior to immersion in the galvanizing bath as well as to heat pre-treatment tanks. Efficient use of resources such water, pre-treatment chemicals and most importantly, zinc had been taken into account, imploring the need for HDG plants with waste treatment system and regeneration plant within the facilities.
